At our previous show in July 2014 we sold out of stands, March 2015 was a sell-out and again in March 2016 it was a sell-out with 102 stands. March 2017, 2018, and 2019 were also a sell-outs. Exhibition Stand Prices


All prices + VAT. * Associate Price: An extra £25 off the early bird price for members of Associates of the Bath Business Expo including: Federation of Small Businesses; Business West Small Business Focus; BNI; 4 Networking; Business Scene; Cool Ventures; Business against Poverty; thebestofbath; Bath Business Women's Association; Bath Business Club; Bath Young Professionals. **Stand Sizes & SpecsAll Stands include chairs if needed (table & tablecloth can be ordered), and space behind for pop-up banners and come in the following sizes:The Pop-up Stand, which are suitable for start-ups in their first year of business or non-profits/charities or businesses of 2 or less Staff, and has room for 1 person, will fit one standard pop-up banner behind.The Medium Stand is approx 4 feet wide, fits a 4 foot table (ordered separately) and 1 or 2 chairs included,The Large Stand is approx 6 feet wide with a 6 foot table (ordered separately) and up to 3 chairs included,The Premium Stand is the same size as the large stand and located in the central hub of the Expo, the Octagon, at the Expo entrance and leads to the Seminar Theatre and all other rooms. (If a 3 metre (9 feet) wide stand is required for accommodating a 3m wide exhibition stand, a supplement of £99 can be added to a Large Stand or Premium Stand.An electrical point can be provided for £15 extra if needed.A table & white tablecloth can be provided for £10 extra if needed (Pop-up Stands 2ftx2ft table; Medium Stands 4ftx2ft table; Large & Premium Stands 6ftx2ft table)All prices + VATStand allocation will be made randomly just before event. Only Premium stands will be located in the Octagon. All other stand types will be located in the Ballroom and Tea Room. If an exhibitor has a strong preference to be in the Ballroom or Tea Room, we may oblige, but we cannot promise.
